Arts Umbrella School of Dance announces 2023 International Auditions Tour
The auditions are aimed at those interested in attending this year’s summer intensive as well as post-secondary programs

Arts Umbrella’s School of Dance has announced the dates for its 2023 International Audition Tour, which launches in Vancouver and heads to New York City, Amsterdam, and Toronto, before circling back here again.
At the leading edge of dance education for over 30 years, Arts Umbrella delivers rigorous, ballet-based training for dedicated students working towards a professional career in dance, giving them the opportunity to work with world-class choreographers, dance artists, and educators throughout their training. Graduates can be found dancing with critically lauded Canadian companies and cutting-edge contemporary companies around the world.
The 2023 International Audition Tour is for dancers interested in attending the 2023 International Summer Dance Intensive, as well as Arts Umbrella Dance’s Post-Secondary Programs, Professional Training Program (Grades 8-12), Pre-Elementary Program (Grades 6-7), and Afternoon Professional Training Program.
The dates are as follows:
January 15, 2023: Vancouver
January 22, 2023: Amsterdam
January 27, 2023: New York City
January 29, 2023: Toronto
February 20, 2023: Vancouver
April 2, 2023: Vancouver
Prospective students may also submit a video audition until February 24, 2023.
