Arts Umbrella hosts annual Splash art auction fundraiser in-person and online, October 21

The 41st edition of Splash, Arts Umbrella’s annual art auction fundraiser, takes place on October 21 at the Fairmont Hotel Vancouver and online.

Presented by Nicola Wealth and co-chaired by Christie Garofalo and Bruce Munro Wright, Splash is the non-profit’s flagship fundraiser with proceeds supporting arts education access for young people across Metro Vancouver.

The Splash 2023 Art Collection features nearly 100 pieces donated by established and emerging Canadian artists, including Rebecca Belmore, Bobbie Burgers, Edward Burtynsky, Stan Douglas, James Harry (Nexw’Kalus) and Lauren Brevner, Russna Kaur, and Wanda Koop, among many others.

Prospective bidders and the general public are invited to view the full collection on display at the Pendulum Gallery Exhibition until October 19.
