Small Stage is back for its Summer Series and ready for action with indoor and outdoor shows.

Join the nonprofit as it (re)ignites Dances for a Small Stage on July 16 and 17. Happy half-hour is at 7 pm, and the show starts at 7:30 pm. Audiences will be delighted in Small Stage’s funky new venue, Please! Beverage, a renowned Mount Pleasant distillery in Vancouver. The evening will feature the same beloved formula of five- to seven-minute dance works on a signature 10-by-12-foot stage.

On July 20 between 1 pm and 4 pm, audiences are invited to Small Stage Summer Splash at the Shipyards 5th Anniversary Celebration in North Vancouver, at the Foot of Lonsdale Plaza (in front of The Polygon Gallery). Experience a whimsical interactive pop-up with live dance performances.

This season features a collection of outstanding inter-generational women dance artists, with backgrounds in ballet, contemporary, lyrical, jazz, tap, and everything in between.

Dances for a Small Stage tickets are available online here. Summer Splash is a free, inclusive public event with no barriers to access.
