International Guitar Night on January 25 celebrates 24 years as the world’s premier touring guitar festival, bringing together four gifted luminaries in solos, duets, and progressive fingerstyle acoustic mastery at the Massey Theatre from 7 pm to 9 pm.

This awe-inspiring evening of music features Italy’s Luca Stricagnoli, Vietnam’s Thu Le, Brazil’s Marco Pereira, and Australia’s Minnie Marks.

Acoustic rock interpreter Stricagnoli’s latest invention, a custom triple-necked guitar, is a viral sensation. He can play up to five guitars at once, and is known for his innovative fingerstyle techniques and genre-blending musical arrangements.

Guitarist Le, the youngest student ever admitted to the National Conservatory of Music in Hanoi at age seven, blends Vietnamese cultural music with classic and contemporary composers.

Master strings teacher Marco Pereira delivers original compositions for classical guitar, and slide guitar wizard and singer Minnie Marks effortlessly blends blues, rock, and roots music.
