One of the country’s best live-music experiences is just around the corner: Squamish Constellation Festival happens July 22 to 24—and tickets are going fast.

Here are three reasons you don’t want to miss this outstanding event in the heart of the stunning Sea to Sky corridor between Vancouver and Whistler.

Sarah McLachlan.

1. Vibe to the return of live music

World-class artists perform live against a backdrop of stunning glacial vistas. Award-winning artists as well as skyrocketing new talent ignite the lineup of our dreams. Headliners are angelic singer-songwriter Sarah McLachlan (winner of numerous Grammys and Junos; Sunday); Austin-based psychedelic rockers Black Pumas (with six Grammy Nominations; Saturday); and fiery Canadian quintet July Talk, known for its gritty blues-rock with danceable synths (Friday)

Then there’s Lights (winner of the Juno award for pop album of the year in 2015 and 2018, who has collaborated with Deadmau5 and Felix Cartal) and  Jessia (2022 Juno winner for breakthrough artist of the year).

Add to the list Dear Rouge, William Prince, Whitehorse, Jarvis Church, Ocie Eliot, Andy Shauf, and many more, and you’ve got electrifying performances to look forward to.

2. Get a taste of the best of the West Coast all in one stop

From culinary masterpieces to wine and craft beer from the region, the Squamish Constellation Festival features a curated menu and artisan marketplace. Vendors and makers feature highly sought after locally-made jewelry, fashion, and lifestyle items from all over B.C.

3. Check out more of the hidden gems Squamish is becoming famous for

A stone’s throw from the SCF site you’ll find the Sea-to-Sky Gondola, your doorway to outdoor adventure including interpretive walks, panoramic views, and the 9,000-square-foot Summit Lodge.

The outdoor-recreation capital of Canada also offers activities like river outings with the Great Canadian Rafting Company and e-bike tours. Squamish is also home to fantastic restaurants such as Fergies, Saha, and the newly opened Peckinpaw, to name just a few.
