Studio 58 at Langara College is making a triumphant return to Granville Island for its annual hit musical.

Performed by Langara College’s renowned professional theatre training program, A Chorus Line will have audiences singing and dancing along in their seats.

The high-energy, Tony award-winning musical gives a glimpse into the lives of several Broadway performers as they audition for the role of a lifetime. In an unexpected twist, they are asked to share their personal stories. The performers open up about their childhoods, their experiences in the business, and the courage it takes to follow your dreams.

Written by Marvin Hamlisch, James Kirkwood, Michael Bennett, Nicholas Dante and Edward Kleban, A Chorus Line is directed at Studio 58 by Courtenay Dobbie. The not-to-be-missed show features musical direction by Diane Speirs and choreography by Shelley Stewart Hunt.

A Chorus Line runs from February 2 to 19, with showtimes at 3 pm and 8 pm, at the Waterfront Theatre.

Tickets, from $10, and more details are available online at studio58.ca.
