Tom Jackson brings Stories, Songs and Santa Causes to the Massey Theatre this November
The Juno and Gemini Humanitarian Award winner kicks off the holiday season with his signature charm
The Massey Theatre is thrilled to present Tom Jackson’s Stories, Songs and Santa Causes on November 25 from 7:30 to 9:30 pm.
A Companion of the Order of Canada, Jackson is a Juno and Gemini Humanitarian Award winner, an 11-time honourary degree recipient, and a proud bearer of the 2014 Governor General’s Performing Arts Award for Lifetime Achievement. The master storyteller is known for his ability to mobilize others into action—often leading with a hug.
With Stories, Songs and Santa Causes, Jackson will kickstart the holiday season, sharing his signature grace, style, charm, and quirky festivity that audiences have enjoyed for decades. Expect an evening of original music, sing-along tunes, and classic Christmas music.
Jackson has travelled coast to coast to coast with The Huron Carole for many years, raising funds and awareness for local food banks and family service agencies. In Stories, Songs and Santa Causes, the artist will be joined by award-winning musician and producer Tom McKillip.
The two Toms can’t promise that there won’t be any Dad jokes, but the performance will bring some much-welcome levity and humanity to the festive season.
Jackson has travelled coast to coast with The Huron Carole for many years, raising funds and awareness for local food banks and family service agencies. In New Westminster, he will be supporting Don’t Go Hungry (https://www.dontgohungry.ca/).
