Each year, the Vancouver Chamber Choir invites four guest choirs to share the stage with them in a one-night mini-festival to showcase their talent, ultimately forming a mega-choir of almost 200 singers. This year is no exception, as A Choral Feast 3 takes place at the Orpheum on October 19 at 7:30 pm.

In addition to the Vancouver Chamber Choir led by Artistic Director Kari Turunen, the event’s third-annual edition hones in on young performers and ensembles. Graeme Langager leads the UBC University Singers, new groups Nabi Vocal Ensemble and Intertidal Choral Ensemble perform, and the Vancouver Bach Choir rounds out the program with Associate Conductor Cathrie Yuen.

As an extra-special treat, the Vancouver Chamber Choir’s beloved Founder and Conductor Emeritus, Jon Washburn, returns to the podium in a special guest appearance to lead the rousing grand finale.

Tickets to the show and more details are available through the Vancouver Chamber Choir.
