On May 17 at 7:30 pm, the Queen Elizabeth Theatre will be transformed into a wonderland of sound as Croatian pianist Maksim Mrvica takes the stage.

The performance is part of Mrvica’s The Collection World Tour, which will showcase the pianist’s unique interpretative style. He will play an evening of music that transcends the boundaries of classical, pop, and electronic genres, elevating piano to unprecedented heights.

A best-selling classical crossover pianist, Mrvica has sold a staggering four million albums worldwide. It was his 2003 album The Piano Player—a release that put a new spin on compositions by Handel and Chopin—which brought him to international acclaim, particularly across Asia.

The artist has a wide repertoire which includes hits like Croatian Rhapsody, Flight of the Bumblebee, and Exodus, which was featured in the 2008 Beijing Olympics by Russian artistic gymnast Anna Pavlova who performed her floor routine to the song.

Tickets to see Mrvica’s upcoming performance can be purchased here.
