Great news: The You Are Here 2023 Fundraising Calendar is available to purchase ready for the start of the new year!

These unique calendars feature 12 images created by local artists depicting spectacular North Shore scenes. They are a great gift for family, friends, or colleagues and are ideal for arts and culture lovers or admirers of Vancouver’s scenic North Shore.

Holidays and religious observances included in the calendar were researched in collaboration with the North Shore Immigrant Inclusion Partnership to reflect the cultural makeup of our communities.

All proceeds go toward the North Shore Culture Compass, an online map that promotes all things cultural on Vancouver's North Shore.

The artists featured are Tim Bennison, Joanne Frewer, Robbie Hosegood, Danyne Johnston, Sue Johnson, Lorena Krause, Katie Rodgers, Kim Rosin, Shelley McDonald, Erin Halla Shakespeare, Elham Shiri and Arabella Young.

The You Are Here 2023 Fundraising Calendars are available to purchase at CityScape Community ArtSpace, online, and at other local vendors across the North Shore.

Greeting cards featuring art from the calendar are also available for $5 each or 12 for $50.

There’s more good news: The original works of art can be viewed in person at two exhibitions.

One is running now through January 17, 2023 in the District Foyer Gallery at North Vancouver District Hall. The other exhibition takes place January 20 to February 5, 2023 at Silk Purse Arts Centre in West Vancouver.
