Zoe Grams and Ian Gill are co-founders of Upstart & Crow Literary Arts Studio. When not conceiving of literary initiatives and selling books, Zoe is founder of ZG Stories, a writer, and a consultant. Ian is a founding partner of Salmon Nation, a journalist, and an author.
