Vancouver's Damonde Tschritter headlines Laugh Track Comedy Club, July 29
The stand-up comedian won gold for top comedy act at the 2010 Winter Olympics
Laugh Track Comedy Club presents Damonde Tschritter in the basement of the Hotel Belmont on July 29 at 8 pm PDT.
THE SECOND DR. Bonnie Henry gave the green light for live shows in June, Laugh Track resumed in-person events. The comedy club is hosting Vancouver’s own Damonde Tschritter for its final show of its summer programming.
Tschritter has shared the stage with legends Robin Williams, Bob Saget, and Tim Allen. He has appeared on Canada Laughs and The Debaters, while his TV specials have aired on CTV, CBC, HBO, Comedy Network, and Comedy Central.
The stand-up comedian co-hosts the weekly Microdose Podcast with Paul Myrehaug.
Tschritter is currently appearing in the Sony Pictures movie A Dogs Way Home, and his album, A Suitcase Full of Stories, is being released internationally this fall on 800 Pound Gorilla Records.
Besides being awarded the Gold Medal Performance for top comedic act at the 2010 Winter Olympic Games, he is also the only Canadian in 35 years to win the Seattle International Comedy Competition, the largest of its kind in the United States.
