RING IN THE New Year with an ode to the past and a nod to the future at The Improv Centre’s NYE at TIC, a fun-filled evening of comedy mavens and audience interaction.
The centre’s Granville Island location will host three 90-minute iterations of the show on December 31, featuring scenes based on audience members’ happiest moments from 2023 and aspirations for 2024. For folks hoping to find plans that’ll sweep them off their feet and into the new year, the 11:15 pm performance will run right past the magic hour, when the clock strikes midnight.
Tickets to NYE at TIC, which are selling fast, include free access to an endless dessert bar to satisfy late-night cravings, and a photo booth to capture the fun.
Leading up to New Year’s Eve on December 29 and 30, The Improv Centre is presenting another show, 2023 & Me. If you can get your hands on some sold-out tickets, the event is a therapeutic group reflection on the best and worst moments of everyone’s year.
Last-minute tickets to NYE at TIC are still up for grabs at The Improv Centre.
