Vancouver Men’s Chorus brings Sizzlin’ Summer to Granville Island from June 9 to 17

Effervescent concert series celebrates pride, nostalgia, and the return of warm weather fun

The Vancouver Men's Chorus is bringing the heat to Performance Works on Granville Island from June 9 to 11 and June 15 to 17 with the 2023 edition of their legendary concert series. This year’s theme is Sizzlin’ Summer! Shows are at 8 pm each night, with an additional 3 pm concert on June 17.

Filled with hot hits and summer vibes that will transport guests to the pool parties, backyard BBQs, and lazy beach days they’ve been dreaming of, the choir has curated the perfect soundtrack for summer festivities.

Audiences are invited to experience classic pop hits and contemporary anthems that celebrate love, pride, nostalgia—all performed with the energy and passion that the Vancouver Men’s Choir is known for.

The Vancouver Men’s Chorus is Canada’s first gay chorus and one of the country’s premier singing ensembles. For more than 42 years, they have delighted audiences locally and abroad with their contribution to the creation of new repertoire for men’s and mixed voices.
