HERE’S SOMETHING TO look forward to: never before staged in Canada or the U.S., the Da Vinci Experience is coming to Greater Vancouver in June.
Curated by Roberta Barsanti, director of the Leonardian Museum in Vinci, the experience is described as a visual and sensory journey the life of the renowned artist, inventor, engineer, and innovator, complete with a video-mapping narrative.
Being staged at Tsawwassen Mills mall (5000 Canoe Pass Way, Delta), the 4,000-square-foot immersive space features 360-degree projections on the walls and floors of Da Vinci’s original works, a virtual reality experience inside his studio, and replicas of inventions and machines he created, all based on his original drawings.
Suitable for people of all ages, the Da Vince Experience, which has been presented elsewhere around the world to some three million visitors, is a production of Florence’s Crossmedia Group hosted by Sensea Immersive.
The exact opening date is to be announced.
Presale tickets are available now for a limited time. See here for more information.
