Proudly located on the traditional, unceded territories of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Skwxwú7mesh (Squamish) and səl̓ílwətaʔɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations), Full Circle: First Nations Performance provides opportunities for Indigenous artists to create, work, and train in the arts.

Full Circle produces the annual Talking Stick Festival, Moccasin Trek: Arts on the Move!, and Indian Acts and is also home to the Aboriginal Ensemble.

Founded in 1992 by Margo Kane (Cree/Saulteaux), an interdisciplinary artist and Indigenous arts leader, Full Circle is non-profit society and registered charity, with proceeds going toward community outreach opportunities and making local theatre accessible to the less fortunate. Kane’s vision was to make a profound contribution to the development of Indigenous performance across Canada.

In the Indigenous world, art is not separated from the community. It is integral to a happy and healthy way of life. Full Circle believes in rooting art back into the community, where it was traditionally and where it is intended to be. Through creating opportunities for Indigenous artists to express their life experiences and engage with audiences of all ages and backgrounds, we share these values with as wide a scope as possible so that people of all races and ages have a better understanding of First Nations, Métis, and Inuit culture.

Full Circle also aims to educate the Canadian public on the arts, culture, and histories of Indigenous peoples and to train artists in all aspects of the arts based on and respectful of Indigenous traditions, culture, and history.
