Artigiano partners with Salty’s Lobster Shack for a weekly Atlantic-meets-Pacific pop-up
The East Van-based seafood eatery rolls over to North Vancouver’s waterfront Shipyards District
COLLABORATIONS ARE HAPPENING all over the place these days. In that same spirit, local café chain Artigiano is teaming up with East Vancouver-based Salty’s Lobster Shack for a coast-to-coast culinary experience.
Every Thursday throughout July from 3 to 7 pm PDT, Salty’s—which has its home base at East Van Brewing—will be on-site at the coffee shop’s Shipyards location in North Vancouver, overlooking Vancouver Harbour. On its Maritimes-inspired seafood menu are a classic Maine Lobster Roll complete with Old Bay aioli; tomato-and-cream Lobster Bisque (with fennel, onion, garlic, carrots, and ginger); and fully loaded Crab Roll with celery and fresh dill.
Reaching right across the Atlantic, Artigiano is also featuring cocktails made with Botanist Gin, from Scotland’s Island of Islay, all summer long. You’ll find a G&T made with grapefruit and thyme, for instance, while other adults beverages on the list include a Remy Rosé Sangria (with St-Remy Brandy, rosé, guava juice, and fruit) and a Cointreau Spritz (with Cointreau, cranberry, blueberries, sparkling wine, and soda).
Happy Hour runs daily from 2 to 6 pm PDT.
More information is at Artigiano.
