15 Vancouver dining spots land on Canada’s 100 Best Restaurants for 2023
Published, St. Lawrence, AnnaLena, and Kissa Tanto make the list’s Top 10
CANADA’S LIST OF 100 Best Restaurants has just been released, and four Vancouver establishments are within the Top 10.
Published has come in at spot 3; St. Lawrence is ranked #6, AnnaLena is #9, and Kissa Tanto is #10. All four also received Michelin stars in the guide’s inaugural Vancouver edition.
The #1 spot goes to Montreal’s Mon Lapin, while clinching second spot is Alo in Toronto.
Vancouver’s Michelin-recommended Hawksworth has landed at #20, Michelin-recommended L’Abattoir ranks #27, Boulevard Kitchen & Oyster Bar is #43, Mott 32 is #44, Michelin Bib Gourmand Oca Pastificio is #51, Masayoshi is #52, Michelin-recommended Cioppino’s #69, Tojo’s is #71, Michelin-recommended Maenam is #73, Michelin-starred Burdock & Co is #79, and La Quercia is #92.
Ucluelet’s Pluvio ranks #33. Two Whistler restaurants made the list: Bearfoot Bistro is #54, and Wild Blue Restaurant and Bar is #66.
